Willamette Valley Wine Class - Wednesday, November 15 at 6:30 PM.  Join us for an evening of discovery as we learn about the extraordinary success of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in the Willamette Valley of Oregon. A wine course for both wine novices and more experienced tasters alike, we'll learn about these core Willametter Valley varietals, winemaking basics, tasting wine, common misconceptions, and more. A local connection from the Fullerton Winery will be on hand to guide us through the valley, taste by taste. We will sample a selection of Fullerton wines that demonstrate what the Willamette Valley has to offer. You don't want to miss this opportunity to expand your horizons, gain confidence in your wine selections, and learn about Oregon.  Cost of the class is $20 per person.  

Free Premium Spirits Open House - Thursday, November 16th from 5 to 8 PM. Premium spirits sampling in an open house format. This will be a great opportunity to sample before you buy for gifts or for holiday gatherings. Highly knowledgeable experts will be on hand to help us learn about and sample Cordials, Creams, Scotch, Cognac, Aquavit and other premium spirits and liqueurs.

Premium Single Malt Scotch Seminar - Thursday, December 7 from 6:30 to 8 PM. Sample and learn from an expert about some of the finest Single Malt Scotch whiskeys in the world at this educational (and highly entertaining) seminar. Cost is $10 (which may be applied to the purchase of $25 or more at the conclusion of the seminar).

Whiskeys of the World Seminar - Thursday, January 8 from 6:30 to 8 PM. Stuck on Bourbon? Take a fresh look at whiskeys from around the world. Sample and learn about the many expressions of whiskey, from Asian Whiskey to Single Malt Scotch to Irish Whiskey to Bourbon and beyond. Learn by sampling how they are different and why they taste the way they taste. This is an educational (and highly entertaining) seminar. Cost is $10 which may be applied to the purchase of $25 or more at the conclusion of the event.
