North American Whiskey Seminar - Wednesday, January 30 from 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM

Sample and learn the nuances of Bourbon, Rye and other North American whiskeys. See for yourself how they are different and why they taste the way they taste. This is an educational (and highly entertaining) seminar. Cost is $10 which may be applied to the purchase of $25 or more at the conclusion of the event.

Did you know Cabernet Sauvignon is the #1 planted wine grape in the world?! What makes this grape so desirable?

Join us for our world tasting of Cabernet Sauvignon to find out!

This class is designed to identify how terrior and wine making styles influence Cabernet. What style and region will you enjoy most? To add a slight spin to the night, we’ll end the evening with a little blind tasting exercise to remove any preconceived biases!

Wine knowledge of all levels welcome!

Wine Class - Wines of South America! - Thursday, February 28, 2019 from 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM

Our wine world tour continues with a trip to the wine producing countries of South America! South America has more acres under vine and produces more wine than any continent except Europe, yet their entry into the global market is remarkably recent. We'll guide your through the wine producing regions of Argentina, Chile, & Uruguay. These regions produce some amazing wine at exceptional values!

We'll be sampling several wines to compare and contrast the impacts of soil, climate, elevation, and the grape varietals.

If you want to be more confident when perusing through the South American wine section or you just want to try amazing wines with great people, this is an evening for you!

2019 Fat Tuesday Grand Wine Tasting Fundraiser - Tuesday, March 5, 2019 from 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM

Sample more than 120 Wines with experts from twenty wholesalers! Cost $21.95 in advance, $24.95 at the door.

Proceeds to benefit Moravian Care Foundation, Guardian Angels School or the Minnesota valley Community Band (your choice)
